Why book a private taxi from Barcelona airport
Shared airport shuttles are cheaper per head but collect several parties and drop them in sequence, which can add an hour to a 30-minute journey. For two or more travellers the price gap narrows sharply, and for a family with luggage a private taxi is usually both faster and simpler.
Choosing your vehicle
Choose a standard taxi for up to four passengers, a Mercedes Vito minivan for six, or a V-Class for seven with luggage to match. The metered rate does not change with vehicle size — the AMB tariff is the same — so pick on capacity and comfort.
Business travel and invoices
For business trips we can assign the premium V-Class and provide the taxi invoice for expenses. Ask your driver for the meter invoice in the car; we email the booking-fee receipt separately.
