What you need to book a taxi to Barcelona airport
Your pickup address, your destination, the date and time, and a contact phone number. For airport pickups add your flight number so your driver can track the landing. Bookings need at least three hours notice; for anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp.
After your Barcelona airport taxi booking is placed
You receive a confirmation email immediately, with your route, vehicle, fare estimate and a receipt for what you paid online. A driver is then assigned and their details are sent to you before the trip.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and the booking fee is refunded in full. To move a booking, reply to your confirmation email and we will reschedule it.
